Believe it or not, it’s a dream common to many. We’ve lost count of the many aspiring innkeepers who have joined the Michigan Bed and Breakfast Association since the our Aspiring Innkeepers program started in 2008. Many take their aspirations and their knowledge to the next level and the level after that and become successful owners of bed and breakfasts. Others become part of a free-lance network of interim innkeepers, operating B&Bs for absent owners.

At any given time, one to two-dozen B&Bs are listed on MBBA’s Inns for Sale page, which is consistently one of our most-visited pages. (That’s how we know so many people share the dream of B&B ownership.)

Inn listings are free to association members. Nonmember inns or nonmember real estate agents who wish to advertise on the site can purchase a 12-month listing. See details.
