January 19, 2023 – Byron Cain- How to sign up for GA4-
This will include a general overview of GA-4 and a demonstration of signing up with a member inn’s site. Suggested- beforehand, log into your analytics to have permission at your property level and to ensure your analytics is enabled. Homework, be able to log into your Analytics (anlytics.google.com)
Byron’s Bio- Formally trained as an engineer & geophysicist. He was an innkeeper wearing all the hats, including designing the inn’s website, analytics, and paid marketing campaigns with Google & Facebook.

April 5th, 2023- Valerie Stimac- Valerie & Valise How to attract a younger traveler
Valerie’s Bio- Valerie is an award-winning travel blogger that readers trust for in-depth advice and savvy travel tips. She has traveled worldwide, with her favorite destinations being Alaska, London, and Jordan. Valerie has worked with travel brands from Visit Indianapolis and Jordan Tourism North America to Select Registry and Ace Hotel. She also writes for publications AFAR, Lonely Planet, and Time Out.
Valerie is continuing to think this through for our benefit and is extending her presentation from her November 2022 Annual conference keynote speech.
April 27, 2023- Carol Edmondson Inn Advisors- How to adapt your business model to the current environment
Carol’s Bio- Carol, with her husband, Tom owned and operated a 12-guest room Select Registry Inn on Cape Cod for 12 years. While they owned their Inn, Carol and Tom formed Inn Advisors; a consulting partnership focused on teaching innkeeping from their own successful experience. They developed the “Innkeeping From the Innside” seminar providing a comprehensive view of acquiring and operating a highly successful B&B. Carol specializes in taking your Inn to the next level, planning for change, and planning your future strategy.

The annual webinar series and "Innsider Trading" are both projects of the Education Committee. This committee also oversees the online Member Forum and created the "Friends in Touch" program. In addition, its members lend a hand to the Conference Planning Committee.
