At the end of each month, count the number of sold room-nights. File this report by the 15th of each month.  (you enter # of room nights and the form multiplies it by 2)!

Room-night reports are treated as confidential information. Your inn’s information is not shared with the MBBA Board of Directors or any other innkeeper. The Administrative Director periodically compiles an aggregate report on occupancy trends without naming any inns.

• Can be used to add or remove multiple months on one submission  (Yeah)
• The same form can be used to submit zero amounts for the time period you are closed (this helps us with our marketing information)
