We are excited to offer our overnight guests this exciting one-night-only dining experience.  We have partnered with local private chef Katie Nielsen, who is working on an amazing farm-to-table menu. The 5-course meal will be loaded full of locally sourced fruits, vegetables, and meats and paired with amazing Michigan-made wines.  After dinner, relax on one of our beautiful porches or around a roaring bonfire.  After a great night’s rest in your private guest suite, we will provide you with our first-class breakfast.   • honey garlic roasted pork loin and roasted duck with Michigan cherry compote, roasted baby potatoes, and a vegetable side
  • vegetarian option: spaghetti squash with fresh ricotta and tomato
  • vegan option: wild mushroom risotto

  Dessert- peach upside-down cake with homemade vanilla ice cream and maple whiskey cream sauce
