We’ll also serve you a Saturday evening meal fit for the lumber baron who originally built the Canfield House, starting with hors d’oeuvres and a drink course, followed by a fresh dinner of freshly prepared Caesar salad, beef bourguignon with potatoes, a fresh vegetable, French bread, and, for dessert, a mint chocolate cheesecake topped with Andes Mints.
