Grayling

Trout fishing on the AuSable and Manistee Rivers is the big draw to Grayling, Michigan. Not to mention the hot spots along the many lakes in the area, which are also wonderful for canoeing. This area of Crawford County is a hunter’s dream. Bear, turkeys, Ruffed Grouse, fox, squirrels, and rabbits are all plentiful in these woods. Hunting without ammunition? There’s excellent bird watching to be found near Grayling. Do another kind of birdie watching on the greens at Fox Run, Grayling Country Club, Hawk Ridge Golf Course, or Forest Dunes. Biking, hiking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, skiing–all these trails are ready and waiting for you.
