Allegan is a charming town in Southwest Michigan that straddles the Kalamazoo River. It is 30 minutes northwest of Kalamazoo and about 45 minutes southwest of Grand Rapids. In town, enjoy a film at the restored art deco theatre, stock up on farm fresh food at the farmer’s market, and browse the shops along the riverfront. Or just relax at the bed and breakfast.
